Direct Hire opportunity looking to hire quickly!

Salary: $115-$125/k depending on experience

We are seeking an NP or PA with prior long term care experience in addition to prior internal medicine/gastroenterology experience.

Great schedule! M-F, 8am to 5pm!

Bonus incentives offered! No travel/float responsibilities!

Responsibilities

  • Perform age-appropriate histories and physicals for complex acute, critical, and chronic patients
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic tests
  • Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments
  • Implement interventions to support physiologic stability
  • Assist with surgical care as applicable and within regulations
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
  • Support smooth transitions across care settings (admit, transfer, discharge)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make appropriate referrals
  • Educate patients, families, and staff to support informed decision-making

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Internal Medicine & Geriatric care
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
  • Current APRN or PA licensure
  • Current specialty certification
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • CNOR/CRNFA certification (if applicable)
  • Eligibility for hospital privileges

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to support at least 75lbs for safe patient mobility
  • Fine motor skills and visual acuity
